ha!  gotcha with the title!

 

because we are all not just slaves to our hormones but we are built from hormones... those chemicals are very much what we all are - right down to the DNA of it... or whatever they're gonna find that makes that up as well...

the obvious question of nature vs nurture comes up...  i believe behaviors are written into our DNA by the environments and circumstances we face in life, especially when we're young, and i think we hold onto all this for the good reasons we had when we formed these habits - that would be adaptation for survival, one of our race's favorite skills.  I think this is part of the scientific explanation of past life memories... and obviously (isn't it obvious?) we tap into collective memory, and we experience as a whole planet... not even just our race... quantum leaps of comprehension... 

Simple non-scientific observation proves this - only paranoids believe that NOBODY understands them.  When you choose, you can 'assimilate' - right?  even cultures that appear so different on the surface are all motivated by the same emotions and needs... pay attention and you can tell how a spider feels, or a budding crocus... we are all made up of the same recycled stuff... 

earth is an organism.  part of a greater organism... (let me not have to prove all this to get where i'm goin')

 

Yet, so far none of us ever sees the whole picture all the time...
