so there's going to be a legal way to deal with it - i think pana is a good place to negotiate a legal stop to it because we are a pretty independent economy with a strong community for antiviolence and pro-tourism - pro-change for the good, environmental etc... we all know the mayor - i know everybody who works at the muni... we have a local voice - we have to find a way to use it positively in this situation...

the news from the US is strange... the Dow is up past 12,000... and the wallmart parking lots are still full of the homeless unemployed...
Donald Trump may run for president on his business ticket - everything he says makes such good sense - he sure makes hillary look like a fool for being so diplomatic with the chinese who are eating us alive in the market and can easily take over our 'way of life' whenever they decide to... i've been saying this for years - look out youz guys up there... they are tricky, those chinese and they do not have our welfare at heart. 
the media's pumping General Patraeus... even got his drab wife out of the closet to make him look appealing... a last sell for the military in afghanistan because after 10 years nobody can really make out why we're there - that secretary of defense, what's her name?  she says we're closer to a domestic terrorist attack than ever before because we have so many local terrorists - and yet our congress finally let go some of the more extreme provisions of the patriot act... thanks for that... i think all the spy vs spy stuff is going out anyway... with internet anything and everything can be hacked - so what's the point of pretending any info is not anybody's right to have...

speaking of which, some congressman quit because they caught him flirting on line - and he's married - which honestly, didn't used to be such an offense... what's with all the extreme moralism in politics now...?  maybe he's just embarrassed that he sent that campy photo of his muscles, and he's... well... old.  
NO I AM NOT VOTING FOR DONALD TRUMP... unless of course he's the only one who can save us from the chinese... he and his Miss America competitions are way too macho for me man... i can't take those kinds of jerks... although bush/cheney was worse - blind and deaf besides... and we took them for 2 terms - and his daddy before him, and reagon before that with his alzheimers, and not one of em had a woman's perspective on anything - they all had wives who just said, "gee that's lovely honey and can we give you a blow job for that?" 
what's worrying me BigTime lately is the attack on Planned Parenthood - some superright group of spies has got some dirt on them - what's the dirt??
basically, that they helped Sex Workers, some as young as 15 - procure abortions
now - i can remember when that was a GOOD thing to do - that's why we started planned parenthood - yes, for birth control - of All kinds, including abortions for 15 year old sex workers - geez, planned parenthood did Not invent the pregnant 15 yr old sex worker - they only helped her not be pregnant - what else were they supposed to do??????

and if you pull funding for a little ol abortion, which is a short office visit and not that expensive, followed by a period and back to normal, - hey i had 2 and was never haunted by the souls of unwanted children - the ones that get born - now they haunt the whole society - who's paying to raise them??
you didn't want to help take care of the octamom's babies, who were planned and wanted by a christian woman!!!  why would you want all these mixed colored abandoned sick druggie babies tossed into the streets... why the hell NOT abort them and give them another chance to come back in a suburban mom - the kind with a job and an SUV... all souls should have a chance.... no?

oh i know why... because the woman with the SUV can afford her own health insurance - can pay for her own abortion, needs to keep her job and is taking mood regulating prescribed pharmaceuticals to handle it all... and that's why those macho jerks like her.  it's like the new age barefoot and pregnant... overcommitted and in debt.

marketing experts figured out ages ago how to tap a mother's guilt.
what a cycle - institutionalize your child so you can work to pay the childcare workers - (crap, by the way - it's not a well paid job... even teacher's aren't paid well for the time they put in)
then buy em Nikes and internet phones and who knows what to make up for not having time to relate to em... when things go bad you pay a shrink to give you all little cocktails to getcha through the day... you think i'm exaggerating?  you want to know how many 3rd grade boys in public school are already on Ritalin?   Ask when public school programs started putting more money into counselors for troubled kids than in extra teachers for gifted kids...
maybe educated women could take a stand, like back in the 60's and 70's... before we got smashed into nuclear family guilt economics... the christian right... we don't all think like Sarah Palin... are we just too busy to come up with our own intelligent platform?... or just too pressured economically to raise our heads ??

maybe we can find an island and start a new country while everybody else just hangs themselves... wouldn't that be nice....
